Legal Compliance

All content must comply with applicable Australian law and Escortify platform rules. Copyrighted, deceptive, or non-consensual material is prohibited.

All advertisers must be 18 years of age or older. Identity verification is mandatory.

Verified Access

Listings submitted with masked locations, false details, or unverifiable access information may be delayed, rejected, or removed during review.

Original Content

Use only your own photos and descriptions. Posting for others without consent is prohibited.

Rules

You take full responsibility for the content posted. Any content you post means that you are responsible for the legality, and correctness of the information posted.

You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content that violates the following rules.

  • No content may contain information about a person younger than 18 years old. Should you post such a profile, we will notify police and may take legal action against you.
  • For security purposes, Escortify will ask you to verify that you are 18 years of age. You can do this by sending us your government issued ID card or any other document. You can cross out your full name should you wish, but the document should be on a piece of A4 paper.
  • No pictures or content that depicts a human being engaged in bestiality, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or people under the age of 18.
  • Content that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent is prohibited.
  • All content must comply with applicable Commonwealth, state, and territory law. Do not upload copyrighted material or advertise services that are unlawful where you operate.
  • Listings submitted with VPNs, false locations, or unverifiable access details may be delayed, rejected, or removed during moderation.
  • Content that promotes coercion, trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal service is prohibited. You are fully responsible for the legality of the listing you publish.
  • No content that advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national law or regulation.
  • No posting of ads for products or services, use or sale of which is prohibited by any law or regulation.
  • We strictly prohibit the posting of pictures that depict any form of obscenity, including images that violate community standards of decency. Images should not depict any form of sadistic or masochistic abuse, or bestiality. Advertisers are reminded to use images that are tasteful, adhere to legal standards, and respect the boundaries of acceptable content. Any image that fails to meet these criteria will be subject to removal, and repeat offenders may face further actions, including account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates card scheme rules and policies. Escortify has the right to decide which images we deem not suitable.
  • No advertising of illegal or unsafe services. Do not post content that violates applicable Australian law or Escortify platform policy.
  • Content should be respectful and professional in tone. Avoid using vulgar, offensive, or aggressive language.
  • Content that discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.
  • No links to other sites which might contain illegal content.
  • No content that is false, deceptive, misleading, or deceitful.
  • Only original, un-copyrighted media that belongs to you. Do not infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party.
  • No content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or threatening.
  • Do not use the Site to engage in or assist another individual or entity to engage in a fraudulent, abusive, manipulative or illegal activity, including credit card fraud or any other type of illegal activity.
  • You must take full responsibility for all content you post. Do not post content that you do not take responsibility for.
  • Do not transmit any information, data, text, files, links, software, chats, communication or other materials that is unlawful, false, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful or racially or otherwise objectionable, including material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or encourage the use of controlled substances.
